Wahoo! We made it. I don’t know about y’all but this mama had a rough week. I am so glad it’s Friday and I get to share my Friday Favorites with you again! If you are new to Friday Favorites you can see more here.

Grease Sing Along
I started this week with a Sunday girls night with my bestie. We went to see Grease; the sing a long version. It was a blast! These people go all out. Most people were in costume and the entire theater was singing all the classics. It is hard to see but there is a hostess at the front and she had coordinated activities during the movie to add some fun. When Beauty School Drop Out came on, we all blew bubbles. (You all just sang that in your head didn’t you?) It was so well done! I had so much fun. It was the prefect ending to the weekend and a great start to the week.
My Mama aka Nana
We celebrated her birthday this week. She is so special to me and Nugget. I have learned so much from her as a mom. My mom is strong, independent, patient and loving. She put up with a lot when I was growing up and I know she is enjoying watching Nugget sass me as I used to do her. How do I know? She literally laughs at me when Nugget is in one of her strong willed child moments and mutters something about karma.
She is the best Nana anyone could ask for. Mom cherishes her time with Nugget and my nephew. Happy Birthday week Mom! We love you.
Surprise Gifts from Great Friends
Like I mentioned earlier this week was hard. As my dear friend said, “it’s like I’m balancing a bunch of plates and they are going to drop at any second”. Yes. That was me but add in plates being tossed at you too! I came home Wednesday to find the most thoughtful gift on my porch.
I am now the proud owner of a Rae Dunn mug. Have y’all heard about this designer? I am behind the times, and recently discovered Rae Dunn products. They are adorable, reasonably priced and would be great gifts for Christmas.
My friend also brought me tea towels from the new Hearth and Hand line. The towels are beautiful. Classy. I have heard the rest of the line is absolutely marvelous. Well done Target, well done. I can hear the women shouting and the men groaning. You can check out Chip and Joanna’s line below. I am beginning to understand why my husband does not allow me into Target alone.
New Reading Material
This is in the mail and I am so excited. I have read the first three books in this series. I did not know there was a fourth book but when I found out, I immediately bought it. They are epitome of a cozy Christmas read. You will need pjs, a cozy blanket, hot chocolate and a fire for these!
If you missed what I have been reading lately; check out my October book review.
I am about halfway through my Christmas shopping and already feel behind! I saw this the other day and put it on my list to buy for a loved one. Pet shaming on Facebook is hilarious so I was excited to see this calendar. I do most of my Christmas shopping online because it is so convenient and most places offer free shipping! I am so used to buying online, that I took a picture of this calendar at the mall so I could go and buy it online. What is wrong with that picture?! I was right there! Hi, I am Sarah and I am online shopping addict.
My Friday Favorites! What about y’all? What have you been loving lately?
